Total Rewards Head for Motorola China across Manufacturing, R&D and Go-to-market organizations, acting as the expert for Asia Pacific Sales Compensation Design and Total Rewards Training and Communication.
Director of Global Compensation Program Design, I oversee initiatives in over 130 countries, focusing on Global Performance and Compensation Design My experience includes supporting the Microsoft Global Research organization, as well as operations in Silicon Valley and the Greater China Region, where I have gained valuable insights into leadership transformation, and innovation in total rewards. I am dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and leveraging advanced technology within total rewards to attract, motivate, and engage our valuable talent.
Senior Director of Global Compensation and Benefits, I am responsible for establishing comprehensive total rewards management system across our international operations. This includes developing a global total rewards philosophy, compensation structures for over 40 international subsidiaries, formulating benefits policies, and revitalizing our global mobility program along with the contribution of valuable expertise in talent integration for oversea merger and acquisitions.
As the VP and CHRO for Tigermed Globalization, I spearheaded the Strategic Organization and Talent Review, enhanced Global Employment Branding, redesigned Long-Term Incentive Programs, and established international HR management structure.
